Julie is the new owner of Suikosource, taking the reigns from Ted (Blue Moon) when he retired to other projects. Rumor has it, this sudden influx of responsibility has made her insane, and she now spends her time beating the other staff members, telling them that they are her bitches.

She is somewhat retired in real life and an avid collector of Suikoden Card Stories (to the point of insanity). She was born in Japan and raised in California. She's something of an apathetic gamer but Suikoden motivates her into gaming marathons.

She compulsively names her pets after Suikoden characters. Her current list of pets are:

Koroku, a Pembroke Welsh Corgi

Gen-gen, a Silky Terrier

Luc and Sasarai, a pair of male peach-faced lovebirds (lots of slashy action here)

Julie and Zaj, a bona-fide pair of parakeets (no slashy action here)

Sarah and Albert, a pair of goldfish

Masked Bishop, a gold water snail that somehow managed to kill Yuber (the goldfish) the night he was placed in the tank
